EASY TO CLEAN: We advise hand-washing to extend the life of your mat. The mats will also be machine washed, but only on a gentle cycle the use of a machine with no center agitator. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
PRO TIP: For optimal grip, evenly spritz your mat with water before practice. Sweat may even mean you can adhere to the mat.
